There is no better introduction to these special bunk beds than the words of Mrs P. From Exeter, the first customer we made them for. My initial idea was basically to have some sort of built in bunk bed for my son who loves nooks and crannies and being up high. Being a new build there weren’t too many nooks and crannies so I thought maybe a bunk bed would add a bit of bedroom fun. Tim from Bespoak Joinery visited, ran through a few options and had a good long chat about how to use the space. He went away and drew up a fantastic plan. He started on it straight away and was regularly up until goodness knows what time in his workshop sawing, sanding and painting. I checked his Facebook and he posted daily updates about the build process. He was a perfectionist in every way and as you can see from the result I have the happiest son in the world! Tim is a 5 tradesman and his work was stunning the most fantastic carpenter ever. The illustration shows a design that will fit into the average-sized bedroom, creating a fun place for any child. It is a combination of style, practicality and space saving which sits on two walls, leaving the rest of the room clear. Designed to fit standard size single mattresses 190x90cm. Our experienced cabinet makers and joiners produce a. Highly durable, child proof, rigid. Ed to last a lifetime. Which is why we supply a 10-year guarantee on all our products. Staircase is in solid sustainable (FSC certified) European oak, finished with satin hardwax oil. Spacious shelves join on to stair treads and are dowelled and glued.
