Deliveries to Central London are typically between 06:00 – 08:00! Leave appropriate instructions if the property is gated and has a concierge. You can book an additional service if you wish to have it delivered to your property if you live in the basement flat or if the ground floor of your property is located on the 1st floor and above (multi-storey building). On wet rainy days, it is advisable to have a carpet cover made available for our staff to wipe their boots upon before entering your premises. If a package or a piece of furniture is damaged, please get in touch with us, and you will get a replacement as soon as possible. This right is not extinguished if you have erected the furniture. In the unlikely event of damaged, faulty or incorrect goods, we will rectify the error by sending replacement goods or parts.
