The bottom part of the roof frame consists of solid pine planks. Length: 215cm (increases to 248cm with external slanted ladder). It is in very good condition but there are some drawings on the inside of the top bunk which I tried to remove. Also there is a small crack on one of the wooden slats. Please see photos for details.
