To clean the surface of acrylic boards, we use only soft cloths, e. Cotton or microfiber cloths available in stores. The surfaces can be washed with a 1% solution of water and soap. It is strictly forbidden to use window cleaners, Cif cleansers, scouring products, acidic products, waxes, solvents and other chemically active substances, etc. It is also forbidden to use steam devices for cleaning because the hot water vapour penetrating the surface structure can lead to permanent irreversible damage. Before using the cleaning product, it is important to test a small, invisible part of the surface. It is recommended to use only products intended for acrylic surfaces. 9.6 Acrylic boards may scratch if used carelessly.
