Overall very good condition. Theres a few screw covers missing but the ones that show are included. There were also two fixings missing so I replaced with a couple of screws which have been fine for 2 years and very solid when I carefully dismantled it. The whole structure is very solid and well built its good quality and Im sure will serve you well. The bed has slats making it nice and comfortable and the bunk is solid 15mm hdf board so a suitable mattress may be desirable although we had a foam up there which was lovely. Nice deep shelves at the front for books or whatever and two larger shelves / work area behind the shelves / steps. The longest piece is 6,3 like a mattress length. No official assembly instructions and I cant find anything online but I have taken a load of pictures whilst dismantling which Ill put in order and label the fixings etc so shouldnt be too hard to put together which at times really requires 2 people.
