One mattress is as new & the other is in good clean condition. The beds are slightly shorter than average – 5’7′ x 2′ 10 and do not dominate the room like many sets do. The mattresses are 5’3″ x 2′ 6″. They have always been covered by waterproof sheets which are included if wanted. Suitable for children from 3 to early teens.
